This mantra simply states: we will give you one hundred and ten percent one hundred percent of the time in order to guarantee one hundred percent satisfaction. We will do whatever it takes to win and keep your business. We consider customer satisfaction is the foundation of every thriving firm. We require 100% satisfaction when we are the customer. And we expect nothing less from ourselves when the tables are turned.
Together, we continuously check the development of our organization through a stringent screening process. This high level of internal evaluation allows us to guarantee you and your company’s complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with anything we’ve done, we implore you to let us know. We will do whatever it takes to keep you happy and keep our customer satisfaction rate at 100%. Although we strive to make sure all orders are completed successfully if we make a mistake on your order a full refund will be available. No refunds will be issued after 30 days, unless noted before 30 days. In the case of a mutual mistake a pro-rated amount of the price will be returned minus shipping costs. No refund will be made if client send the wrong information, yet a second certificate can be shipped at a 75% discounted rate + shipping. .

During the tree Certificate delivery process, Trees Instead will collect the customer's name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. (Company name is optional.) The customer may also indicate a preference to receive the certificate product update information. When applicable, the purchaser's credit card number, Card Security Code and card expiration date will also be collected. This information will be used to process orders and provide order notification.
Trees Instead archives system-generated, event-driven e-mails for events such as a certificate buyer adding a payee account to its list of payees. This information is collected for archival purposes only.
